Hello, my name is Yoel Russu and I am honored to be the founder of the Israel Development of Education Association (I.D.E.A.).

From a young age, I have been deeply passionate about education and its power to shape the future. Growing up in Israel, a land steeped in history and the birthplace of the Bible, I have always been inspired by our rich cultural heritage and the enduring values that define us as a people. This profound sense of history and purpose has driven my commitment to enhancing education in our beloved country.
